Hot Desk is a shared work desk or a meeting table space in a common area of an open office area. One doesn't need to book the space, they merely look for an available space and use the equipment provided in that space.
A Dedicated desk is an assigned work desk or table meeting space in an open office area shared with other members. A room scheduling system for the hot desk or table space may be present for booking the space.
Unused TV's can broadcast tailored branded messaging for employees, clients and visitors, as they walk through your office areas.
Typically one would see a TV with a basic push-button presentation controller or a media presentation button controller. The meeting table would likely have a pop up box cuby for an HDMI cable and male kettle & clover plugs for laptops and other equipment. Other options may have cable-less wifi presentation options instead of the standard hdmi cable.
Focus Areas are separate and buffered from typically noisy, social, high-traffic zones such as cafeterias, kitchens, lobbies, and open office areas where people tend to talk and create uncontained noise. A room scheduling system could be a good idea for focus areas.
